    Chris works by integrating his knowledge of biomechanics, muscles, and exercises into an effective training program. He can help people at any stage. From people with aches and pains in their bodies to people looking to compete and break personal records.

Bre Westry

Personal Trainer

  • Bre Westry is a personal trainer of 2 years but has spent her whole life as an athlete. After spending most of her post-graduate work as a marketing professional, she was called to change her career after finding a passion in sharing her love for movement. In her eyes, movement is a gift and a necessity for lifelong health and mobility.

    Bre specializes in hybrid training, bodybuilding, functional fitness, and nutrition coaching.

    She is super excited to help her clients build lifelong, sustainable movement routines and habits, as well as accomplish any fitness goals they may have.

Alyssa Cantu-Noble

  • Alyssa holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science with a concentration in Pre-Rehabilitation.

     As a former competitive athlete, she understands the dedication it takes to achieve fitness goals and the importance of finding enjoyment in the process. 

    Alyssa is passionate about helping her clients feel confident and capable in the gym. She believes that exercise should empower people, not leave them feeling stuck, in pain, or self-conscious. By leveraging her extensive knowledge of muscles and movement, she creates personalized action plans that guide clients toward their goals while fostering a positive and sustainable approach to fitness.
